account [missing] of the Ordnance stores shipped on board the men
of war under Sir Cloudesley Shovell and which at his return from
the Straits in 1703 he ordered to be delivered by the Captains of
the ships to the storekeepers of the Ordnance at such ports where
they should first arrive. Have the said stores been returned
accordingly? Ibid.
William Lowndes to the Prizes Commissioners. Since the Revenge
privateer, which was intended to be given to Jeronimo Bestoso, is
under a claim before the Lords of Appeal you are to buy instead the
St. Lewis of Nantes (when she shall be exposed to sale) which is
another ship that Bestoso is inclinable to have ; she being already

Same to the Victualling Commissioners to pass such of the bills
of the workmen belonging to the Victualling Office at Tower Hill
for work done to the dwelling houses and store houses at the said
Office and the Hartshorne Brewery from 1699 Aug. 16 to 1702
Dec. 31 (amounting in all to 2491l. 7s. 8d.) as have been certified by
the respective Victualling Commissioners under whom same

scantlings of under 10 inches square in Morton Sale by virtue of the
