Hodie 1^a vice lecta est Billa, An Act for Restitution in Blood of John Bassett, Gentleman: And Memorandum, That His Majesty's Assent to the exhibiting this Bill was signed by Mr. Attorney General, subscribed to Bassett's Petition to His Majesty, which was also read.

Hodie the Earl of Bridgewater reported the Bill of Dutton Lord Gerrard fit to pass, with some Amendments.

The which Amendments were read 1^a et 2^a vice, allowed of, and the Bill Ordered to be ingrossed accordingly.

Message from the Commons, for a further Conference touching the Liberty of the Subject.

That they are ready to give their Lordships Meeting, with the same Committee of Six and Thirty of their House, and Eighteen of the Lords (which met Yesterday), at such Time and Place as their Lordships shall appoint.

The Lords give the House of Commons Thanks for their ready and good Correspondency to this House. And they shall shortly hear of the Time and Place appointed for this Meeting.

Then the said Committee withdrew into the Painted Chamber, to consider what the Conference shall be with the Commons, concerning the great Business.
