RESOLVED, &c. That this House doth agree with the Committee of Elections, in their Order for the Mayor of the City of Bristoll's Attendance before them.

Importing Cattle, &c.

An ingrossed Bill against importing foreign Cattle and Fish was read.

The Question being put, That this Amendment be made to the Bill; viz. "to the End of next Session of Parliament," instead of "to the End of the First Session of the next Parliament;"

It passed in the Negative.

The Question being put, That the Bill do pass;

The House was divided.

And so it was resolved in the Affirmative.

Resolved, &c. That the Title shall be, An Act against importing Cattle from Ireland, and other Parts beyond the Seas, and Fish taken by Foreigners.

And Mr. Seamour is to carry up the Bill to the Lords.

Supply.

Resolved, &c. That the House will, on Monday Morning next, at Ten of the Clock, resolve into a Committee of the whole House, to proceed in the Consideration of the effectual Raising of the Eighteen hundred thousand Pounds for his Majesty's Supply.

Order respecting Servants

Ordered, That no Pages, Footmen, or Footboys, be suffered to be in any of the Lobbies, or on the Stairs leading to the House, during the Sitting of the House: And that the Serjeant at Arms do take care to put this Order in Execution.

Committee of Privileges.

Ordered, That Sir Wm. Windham and Sir Edward Hungerford be added to the Committee of Elections.

Ordered, That Lord St. John, Sir Courtney Poole, Sir Jonathan Trelawney, Mr. Hardresse, Sir Geo. Fletcher, Colonel Norton, Sir Francis Lawley, Mr. Orme, Sir Thomas Carew, Mr. Prideaux, Sir Phill. Howard, be added to the Committee of Privileges and Elections.

Canary Patent.

Ordered, That the Committee appointed to consider of the Charter of the Canary Company be revived; and do sit on Tuesday next, at Two of the Clock in the Afternoon, in the Place formerly appointed.

And then the House adjourned till Monday Morning, Eight of the Clock.
