Prayers.

Publick Accompts.

SIR Robert Long reports, That he has perused the Papers which were brought in by Sir Phillip Warwick; and, upon Examination of them with the Records, finds some small Difference in point of Form and Circumstance; but that they do agree in Matter of Substance: And that he hath drawn out Extracts from the Record: Which, being signed, he delivered in at the Clerk's Table.

Ordered, That the Papers signed by Sir Robert Long, and delivered in at the Clerk's Table, be referred to the Committee appointed to inspect the publick Accompts; to compare the same with the Papers formerly delivered in by Sir Phillip Warwick; and to examine, Wherein they differ; and to certify the Matter, with their Opi nions, to the House: And that the Committee be revived; and do sit this Afternoon at Two of the Clock, in the Place formerly appointed, being the Exchequer Chamber.

Loyal Officers.

Ordered, That the Committee to which the Matter touching the indigent loyal Officers was referred, be revived; and do sit at Two of the Clock this Afternoon, in the Place formerly appointed.

Replevins.

Ordered, That the Committee to which the Bill to extend a former Act, touching Avowries and Replevins, was committed, be revived; and do sit this Afternoon at Two of the Clock.

Hemp and Flax.

Ordered, That the Committee to which the Bill to encourage the Planting and Sowing of Hemp and Flax was committed, be revived; and do sit this Afternoon at Two of the Clock, in the Inner Court of Wards.

Earl of Cleeveland's Estate.

Sir Charles Harbord reports from the Committee to which the Bill for enlarging the Time given by a former Act, for Redemption of Mortgages made by the Earl of Cleeveland, and some Amendments agreed to be made, and Provisoes to be added, to the Bill: Which were twice read; and, upon the Question, severally agreed to.

A Proviso for saving the Rights of George Mountague Esquire, was tendered; and twice read.

Resolved, &c. That the Proviso be agreed to, and made Part of the Bill.

Ordered, That Leave be given to bring in a Proviso, ingrossed, for the saving the Right of the Lady Poole.

Resolved, &c. That the Bill, with the Amendments and Provisoes agreed, be ingrossed.

Privilege.

Ordered, That it be referred to the Committee of Privileges, to examine the Abuse, in publishing the Name of Sir Robert Atkins, in a printed Paper; and, Who was the Author and Printer of that Paper; and report the Matter to the House.

Supply.

Resolved, &c. That the House be resolved into a Committee of the whole House, to proceed upon his Majesty's Supply.

And according . . Mr. Speaker left the Chair: And

Mr. Millward took the Chair of the Committee.

Mr. Speaker resumed the Chair.

Mr. Millward reports, That the Committee had made some Progress in the Consideration of the Means of the effectual raising the Eighteen hundred thousand Pounds Supply for his Majesty: And humbly moves, that the House would resolve into a Committee again To-morrow Morning, Ten of the Clock, to proceed in the further Debate thereof.

Resolved, &c. That this House resolve into a Committee of the whole House, To-morrow Morning, Ten of the Clock, to proceed in the further Debate of the Way and Means of the effectual raising the Eighteen hundred thousand Pounds Supply for his Majesty.

And then the House adjourned till To-morrow Morning, Eight of the Clock.
