Prayers.

Molins' Estate.

A BILL on the Behalf of John Molins Esquire, to have the Redemption of a Mortgage of certain Lands against Bazill Brent, Son and Heir of Sir Nathaniell Brent, was read the First time.

Resolved, &c. That the said Bill be read the Second time on Monday next.

Act of Oblivion, &c.

A Bill being tendered, to explain the Act of Oblivion, in relation to Outlawries, and Forfeitures of Debts so Relief of Creditors.

Ordered, That this Bill be read To-morrow Morning.

Sandys' Estate.

Ordered, That Sir Henry Herbert do carry up to the Lords the Bill to enable Trustees to sell Part of the Estate of Samuell Sandys the elder, Esquire, and of his Son Samuell Sandys, for Payment of Debts, with the Amendment thereto, for their Concurrence.

Vintners.

Ordered, That the Bill for levying of Penalties incurred by Vintners, and other Retailers of Wine, and other Liquors, be read To-morrow Morning.

Cornwall Rivers.

Ordered, That the Committee to whom the Bill for making Rivers navigable in the County of Cornwall is committed, be revived; and do sit this Afternoon at Two of the Clock, in the Place formerly appointed: And that Sir Thomas Tomkins and Sir Henry Herbert be added to the said Committee.

Supply Bill.

And then the House resolved itself into a Committee of the whole House, to proceed upon the Bill for the King's Supply.

Mr. Speaker left the Chair.

Sir Robert Atkyns took the Chair of the Committee.

Mr. Speaker again took the Chair.

Sir Robert Atkyns reports from the said Committee, That they had made a further Progress in the said Bill; and desired, that the House would again resolve itself into a Committee of the whole House, To-morrow Morning at Ten of the Clock.

Resolved, &c. That the House will again resolve itself into a Committee of the whole House, To-morrow Morning at Ten of the Clock, to proceed upon the Bill for the King's Supply.
