ABRAHAM Stock, Gentleman, of Dover, did, this Day, take the Oaths of Allegiance and Supremacy, in order to his being naturalized.

And a Certificate being read on his Behalf, of his having received the Sacrament:

Ordered, That the Name of the said Abraham Stock be inserted into the Bill of Naturalization.

K. Charles' Martyrdom.

Resolved, That this House will, on the Thirtieth of January instant, solemnize the Anniversary Day of Humiliation, for the Martyrdom of King Charles the First, in St. Margarett's Church, Westminster: And Dr. Outrim, Rector of St. Margarett's, is desired to preach before the House in the Forenoon, and Mr. Craddock, the Chaplain of Graye's Inn, in the Afternoon, of that Day: And Sir Anthony Irby is desired to give notice to Dr. Outrim, and Sir Clifford Clifton, to Mr. Craddocke.

Avon Navigation.

Sir Allan Broderick reports from the Committee to which the Bill for making the River of Avon navigable, from New Sarum to Christ Church, was committed, some Amendments agreed by the Committee to be made to the Bill: Which he read, with the Coherence, in his Place; and after, delivered the same in at the Clerk's Table.

And the same being twice read; and, upon the Question, agreed to;

Resolved, &c. That the Bill, with the Amendments agreed to, be ingrossed.

Barwick Election.

A Petition of Thomas Gray Esquire was read

Another Petition of divers of the Aldermen, and Bailiff, on the Behalf of themselves, and the major Part of the Burgesses of the Town of Barwick upon Tweed, was read.

Ordered, That the Mayor of Barwick do, at his Peril, make his Return of the Election of the Member chosen to serve for that Town, by Saturday-next-come-sevennight.

Supply Bill.

And then the House resolved into a Committee of the whole House, to proceed in the further Consideration of the Bill for raising of the King's Supply.

Mr. Speaker left the Chair.

Sir Robert Atkins took the Chair of the Committee.

Mr. Speaker again took the Chair.

Sir Robert Atkins reports from the Committee, That they had made a good Progress in the said Bill; and desired, that the House would resolve itself into a Committee of the whole House, To-morrow Morning at Ten of the Clock, to make a further Progress therein.

Resolved, &c. That the House will resolve itself into a Committee of the whole House, To-morrow Morning at Ten of the Clock, to proceed in the further Consideration of the said Bill.

Bricks and Tiles.

A Bill for the true making of Brick and Tile, was this Day read the First time.

Resolved, &c. That the said Bill be read the Second time on Saturday next.

Cornwall Rivers.

Ordered, That the Committee to whom the Bill for making Rivers navigable in the County of Cornwall is committed be revived; and do meet on Monday next, at Two of the Clock in the Afternoon, in the Place formerly appointed.

Yarmouth Towns.

Ordered, That the Report of the Bill for preventing of Differences between the Two Towns of Great and Little Yarmouth, be read on Monday Morning next.
