Ordered, That the Committee to which the Bill concerning the Forest of Deane was committed, be revived; and do meet this Afternoon at Two of the Clock, in the Place formerly appointed.

Packington's Estate.

An ingrossed Bill for vacating certain Conveyances, made by Sir John Packington Baronet, to Christopher Henne, and others, was read.

Resolved, &c. That these Words, "of Record, or otherwise, and all other Estates derived under them, or any of them," be inserted into the Bill, after the Word "Conveyances," in the * Line of the Bill.

Which was done; and the Words thrice read.

Resolved, &c. That the said Bill do pass: And that the Title shall be, An Act for vacating certain Deeds made by Sir John Packington Baronet, to Christopher Henn, and others.

And Mr. Coventry is to carry up the Bill to the Lords for their Concurrence.

Registering Conveyances.

That a Bill be brought in for the registering Conveyances of Sales and Mortgages, and for regulating the Offices for Recording and Keeping of Judgments, Statutes, and Recognizances: And that it be referred to Sir John Duncombe, Mr. Solicitor General, Sir John Maynard, Sir Job Charlton, Mr. Milward, Sir Theop. Biddolph, Mr. Clifford, Sir Cha. Harbord, Mr. Jolly, Sir Rich. Ford, Mr. Jones, Colonel Birch, or any Three of them, to prepare and bring it in.

Bankrupts.

Ordered, That it be referred to the Committee appointed to bring in a Bill for the registering Conveyances of Sales and Mortgages, and for regulating the Offices for Recording and Keeping of Judgments, Statutes, and Recognizances, or any Three of them, to prepare and bring in a Bill to prevent Frauds of Merchants, and others, in breaking, and compounding, to cheat their Creditors, and enrich themselves.

Cornwall Rivers.

Ordered, That Leave be given to Sir John Corryton, and Colonel Robinson, to bring in a Bill for making navigable the Rivers of * * * * in the County of Cornewall.

Ministers Maintenance.

Ordered, That the Members of this House, that are of the Committee to which the Bill for regulating the Poor was committed, be added to the Committee to which the Bill for Increase of the Maintenance of Ministers, in Cities, Towns Corporate, and Market Towns, was committed.

Hearth Money.

Resolved, That the House will, To-morrow Morning, resolve into a Committee of the whole House, to take the Bill concerning Hearth Money into Consideration.

Courts of Law.

A Bill to prevent unnecessary Delays, Expences, Vexations, and Grievances, in Courts of Law and Equity; and supplying some Defects in Law, and legal Proceedings, and Executions; was this Day read the Second time.

Resolved, &c. That this Bill be committed to a Committee of the whole House.

Resolved, That this House will, on Thursday next resolve into a Committee of the whole House, to take the Bill into Consideration.
