Prayers.

PHILLIP Freher did, this Day, take the Oaths of Allegiance and Supremacy, in order to his being naturalized.

Freher's Nat.

Ordered, That the Name of Phillip Freher be inserted into the Bill for Naturalization.

Privilege.

Upon Information, That Dr. August had served the Tenants of Mr. Rigby, a Member of this House, with Declarations to try the Title of certain Lands, in the Possession of Mr. Rigby; and intended to proceed to Tryal therein;

Ordered, That the said Dr. August, his Counsel, Attorney, and Solicitor, be enjoined to stay all further Proceedings in the Action brought against the said Mr. Rigby, during the Session of this present Parliament.

Church Lands.

Ordered, That these Members following be added to the Committee to which the Bill concerning apportioning Rents, and granting concurrent Leases, by Bishops and Clergymen, is committed; viz. Mr. Westphaling, Sir Cha. Harbord, Sir John Corryton, Sir Tho. Allen, Mr. Sandys, Sir Tho. Strickland, Mr. Owen, Mr. Robinson, Mr. Jay, Mr. Finch, Dr. Burrell, Sir Rowland Berkley, Major General Langhorne, and all the Members of this House that are of the Long Robe.

Gary's, &c. Nat.

Ordered, That the Name of Henry Gary be inserted into the Bill for Naturalization . . Dame Cath. Sayer, and others.

Glenham's Estate.

Ordered, That Sir John Goodrick, Sir Francis Goodrick, Sir William Doyley, Mr. Milward, Sir Ralph Hare, Mr. Heath, and all the Members of this House that serve for the County of Norfolke, be added to the Committee to which the Bill concerning the Lady Glenham is committed.

College of Physicians.

A Bill on the Behalf of the College of Physicians, was this Day read the First time.

Resolved, That the said Bill be read the Second time on Friday next.

Bristoll River.

A Bill for making the River navigable from Bristoll to London was this Day read the First time.

Resolved, &c. That the said Bill be read the Second time on Friday next.

Regulating Elections.

A Bill for regulating Elections of Members to serve in Parliament was read the First time.

Resolved, &c. That the said Bill be read the Second time on Thursday next.

Deane Forest.

Ordered, That Mr. Harbord be added to the Committee to which the Bill concerning Deane Forest is committed.

Hearth Money.

And then the House resolved into a Committee of the whole House, to proceed on the Bill concerning Hearth Money.

Mr. Speaker left the Chair.

Sir Robert Atkins took the Chair.

Mr. Speaker again took the Chair.

Sir Robert Atkins reports from the Committee, That the Committee had sat, and made some further Progress in the Bill; and desired, that the House would, Tomorrow Morning at Ten of the Clock, resolve into a Committee of the whole House, to proceed in the further Consideration of the Bill.

Resolved, &c. That this House doth agree with the Committee: And that they will, To-morrow Morning at Ten of the Clock, resolve into a Committee of the whole House, to proceed in the further Consideration of the Bill.

And then the House adjourned till To-morrow Morning, Eight of the Clock.
