The accompte of Henry Johnson and Robert Occlesonne Churchwarde's of the p'ishe of Sainct Martine in the feildes in the Countie of Midd' Chosen and appointed by the vicar with the whole assent and consent of the maisters of ye same p'ishe in vestrie for the space of twoo whole yeares Comensinge at ye feast of ye Beirth of our Lord god, 1593, and endinge at ye like feast in the yeare of our Lord 1595. and in ye Eight and Thirtith yeare of the Reign of or sou'eign Ladie Elizabeth ye Queenes Matie yt nowe is. Aswell for Receiptes as paymentes by them receaved and paid as in this their accoumpte more p'ticularly ensueth.

The said accomptantes chardge them selves with ye Receipt of xxxiijs iiijd wch they receaved of Patericke Dirricke and Henry Russell ye last Churchwardens at their enteraunce into their office xxxiijs. iiijd.
