After hearing Counsel and Witnesses, to make out the Allegations in the following Bill:

Upon hearing Counsel and Witnesses this Day, to make out the Allegations in a Bill depending in this House, intituled, "An Act to compel Edward Williams "and William Williams Esquires to bring forth the Person of Sir Paul Pindar Baronet;" and the Second Reading of the said Bill:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Edward Williams Esquire shall and he is hereby required to attend this House, on Thursday the One and Thirtieth Day of this Instant January, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon; and bring with him the Person of the said Sir Paul Pindar.

To the Serjeant at Arms attending this House, his Deputy and Deputies, and every of them.

Att. General to prosecute Persons guilty of Contempts in this Case, with regard to the Proceedings of the Courts.

Upon hearing Counsel this Day, and Witnesses, to make out the Allegations in a Bill depending in this House, intituled, "An Act to compel Edward Williams and William Williams Esquires to bring forth the Person of Sir Paul Pindar Baronet;" it appeared, that several Misdemeanors and Contempts had been committed by several Persons, in relation to the Proceedings of the Courts of Justice in this Case:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That His Majesty's Attorney General do enquire into that Matter, and prosecute the Offenders according to Law.

Trials for Treason, Bill.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That To-morrow, at Twelve of the Clock, this House shall be put into a Committee, to proceed on the Bill, intituled, "An Act for regulating of Trials, in Cases of High Treason and Misprision of Treason;" and that all the Lords and Judges be summoned then to attend.

Wilful Perjury, to make Felony, Bill.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House shall be put into a Committee, to proceed on the Bill, which is re-committed upon the Debate, intituled, "An Act for making Perjury in certain Cases to be Felony," on Wednesday next, at Twelve of the Clock; and all the Lords and Judges summoned then to attend.

Irregularities in the House, to be avoided.

The House taking Notice of some Irregularities therein:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That all the Lords shall keep their Places when the House is sitting, and not stand before the Fire, or sit on the Woolsacks (except such Lords as have particular Leave so to do); nor any Temporal Lords sit on the Bishops Benches.

And it is further ORDERED, That the Eldest Sons of Peers shall not, at any Time when the House is sitting, presume to come into the House, farther than the upper End of the Archbishops Bench.
