Lists of the Army and Navy, Address for.

The House was adjourned during Pleasure; and the Lords went to the Committee, to draw the Address.

The House was resumed.

And the Earl of Bridgewater reported the Address drawn by the Committee, as follows:

"We, Your Majesty's most dutiful and loyal Subjects, the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, with great Duty to Your Majesty, and Zeal for the Preservation of Your Government, having taken into Consideration the State of the Nation; and being of Opinion, that it is essential to Your Majesty's Service, in this present Time of War, that You be well served, both by Sea and Land; do most humbly desire, that Your Majesty will be pleased to give Order that a List be laid before this House, of the Army in English Pay, with the Names of the General Officers, and all other Commission Officers; and of what Nation the Regiments and Officers are; and also a List of the Fleet, with the Condition and Disposition of it at this Time."

To which the House agreed.

ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Lords now present, who are of His Majesty's most Honourable Privy Council, do attend His Majesty with the Address made this Day.

Fowlis & al. to attend.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That James Fowlis, James Cheisly, James Smith, Thomas Couts, Hugh Fra. zer, Joseph Cohen D'Azevedo, and Walter Stewart, do attend this House on Monday next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Bp. of Bristol takes the Oaths.

John Lord Bishop of Bristol took the Oaths, and made and subscribed the Declaration, pursuant to the Statutes.
