Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act for preventing of Theft and Rapine upon the Northern Borders of England."
Bill to restrain disorderly Printing.
The Earl of Bridgwater reported, "That the Committee have considered of the Bill concerning regulating of Printing; and have thought sit to make some Alterations and Amendments, which are offered to the Consideration of the House."
The Alterations, being read Twice, were Agreed to; and the Bill ordered to be engrossed, with the said Alterations.
Framlingham and Saxted Bill.
Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act for settling and confirming of the Manors of Framlingham and Saxted, in the County of Suffolke, and the Lands, Tenements, and Hereditaments, thereunto belonging, devised by Sir Robert Hitcham Knight, and late Serjeant at Law, to certain Charitable Uses."
Norwich Stuffs Bill.
The Lord Hunsdon reported from the Committee, the Bill for regulating the making of Norwich Stuffs, with Alterations and Amendments; which, being read Twice, were approved; and the Bill ordered to be read the Third Time, with those Alterations, on Thursday Morning.
ORDERED, That all Committees which are now sine Die are hereby revived; and to meet this Afternoon, and To-morrow Morning.
Wycherley to deliver a Copy of his Patent from the Marquis of Winton.
ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That Mr. Wicherley, upon Sight hereof, shall permit the Lord Marquis of Winchester to have a true Copy of the Patent formerly granted by his Lordship to the said Wicherly, to be Steward of his Lordship's Lands, and other Offices under his Lordship, in order to a Hearing on Thursday next before this House.
