Prayers.

Preachers thanked, &c.

ORDERED, That the Thanks of this House be returned to Mr. Frampton and Mr. Stilling fleete, for the Sermons by them preached Yesterday before this House: And that they be desired to print their Sermons: And Colonel Edm. Windham and Sir John Cotton are to return the Thanks, and acquaint them with the Desires of the House.

Ordered, That Dr. Dalbyn Dean of Westminster, and Dr. Outrim Rector of St. Margaret's Westminster, be desired to print the Sermons by them preached before the House the last publick Fast Day: And that the Lord Ancram and Sir Robert Long are to acquaint them with the Desires of the House.

Fish Spawn.

A Bill to preserve the Spawn and Fry of Fish in fresh Rivers, was read the Second time.

Resolved, &c. That the Bill be committed to Mr. Street, Mr. Pryn, Sir Solom. Swale, Sir John Goodrick, Lord Allington, Mr. Brunckard, Sir Robert Carre, Mr. Hungerford, Colonel Kirkby, Sir Edw. Privilege.

Ordered, That all further Proceedings in the Cause depending in Chancery, wherein Dean Hardy is Plaintiff, against Mr. Herbert, a Member of this House, be stayed during the Sessions of this Parliament.

Ordered, That Dean Hardy do attend the Committee of Privileges, to give an Account, Who the Person was, that was employed to serve the Order of Chancery on Mr. Herbert.

Ordered, That the Person who served the Order in Chancery on Mr. Herbert, a Member of this House, be, for his Breach of Privilege, sent for in Custody by the Serjeant at Arms, or his Deputy.

Publick Accompts.

Sir Wm. Lowther reports from the Committee appointed to inspect the publick Accompts, That the Committee had met several Times; and taken great Pains; and had drawn up a Report, in Writing, for the better Information of the House: Which he opened, and read in his Place; and after, delivered the same in at the Clerk's Table.

And being debated;

Resolved, &c. That Thirty thousand Pounds, for the Charge of sick and wounded Men, and Prisoners, be added to the Accompt and Estimate reported from the Committee.

The Question being put, That the Sum of Fifty-four thousand Pounds be added to the Estimate brought in by the Committee;

The House was divided.

The Yeas went out.

Resolved, &c. That this House doth agree with the Committee, in the Estimate by them brought in, with the Addition of Thirty thousand Pounds.

It was resolved in the Affirmative.

And the main Question being put, That the Debate be adjourned till To-morrow Morning, Ten of the Clock;

Expiring Laws.

Ordered, That the Committee appointed to peruse the Laws be revived; and do sit To-morrow in the Afternoon, in the Place formerly appointed: And Sir Charles Harbord, Sir Edw. Thurland, and Mr. Dowdeswell, are added to the Committee.
