ORDERED, That these Persons hereafter named be added to the Committee to which the Bill of Sir John Mounson is committed; viz. Lord Fanshaw, Sir William Heywood, Sir Thomas Fanshaw, Mr. Robert Crooke, Lord Gorge, Mr. Lucy, Sir Rich. Temple, Mr. Oldfeild; and all the Members of this House that serve for Yorkshire and Nottinghamshire.

Hatfield Drainage.

Ordered, That the Bill for settling certain drained Grounds lying within the Level of Hatfeild Chace, and Parts adjacent, within the Counties of Yorke, Lincolne, and Nottingham, sent from the Lords, be read To-morrow Morning.

Bristoll Merchants.

A Bill for confirming Letters Patents, incorporating the Society of Merchant Adventurers of the City of Bristoll, was this Day read the First time.

Resolved, That this Bill be read again, the Second time, on Friday next.

Lady Wandesford's Estate.

A Bill for the vesting and settling Lands, therein mentioned, upon William Brownlow, and others, Trustees, for the Use of the Lady Wandesford, was this Day read the First time.

Resolved, That this Bill be read again, the Second time, on this Day Sevennight.

Yorkshire Cloth Trade.

Ordered, That the Bill for incorporating the Society of Clothiers, for the West Riding of Yorkshire, be read To-morrow Morning.

College Leases.

A Bill for Confirming of an Act made the last Assembly, intituled, An Act for Confirming of Leases and Grants from Colleges and Hospitals, was this Day read the First time.

Resolved, That this Bill be read again, the Second time, To-morrow Morning.

Somersett Dukedom.

Ordered, That the Debate upon Report of the Bill for confirming an Act for restoring the Marquis of Hartford to the Dukedom of Somersett, be resumed, and taken into Consideration, on Friday Morning next.

Ordered, That the Name of Mauretts, alice Maurice Vanlore, Esquire, be inserted into the Bill of Naturalization.

Mr. Speaker, The Lords have returned you these Two Bills; the one intituled, An Act to enable the King's Majesty to make Leases, Grants, and Copies of Offices, Lands, Tenements, and Hereditaments, Parcel of his Highness' Duchy of Cornewall, or annexed to the same, and for Confirmation of Leases and Grants already made; and the other, intituled, An Act for Confirming of private Acts: And desire the Concurrence of this House to the same, with the Amendments therewith sent.

Privilege-A Member put under restraint by the King.

Mr. Speaker informing this House, That the King's Majesty was pleased to send a Message to him, that he had restrained Mr. Lovelace, one of the Members of this House, who was going to fight a Duel;

Resolved, That those Members of this House, who are of his Majesty's honourable Privy Council, do return to his Majesty the humble Thanks of this House, for his Grace and Favour, in being so tender of the Privileges of this House, as to acquaint Mr. Speaker therewith.

Resolved, That the Serjeant attending this House, or his Deputy, do repair unto the Officer in whose Custody Mr. Lovelace, one of the Members of this House, now is, to demand the said Mr. Lovelace: And the said Officer, in whose Custody he is, is accordingly to deliver the said Mr. Lovelace to the Serjeant of this House, or his Deputy; who is to bring him to this House To-morrow Morning.

And then this House again resolved into a Committee, to resume the Debate of the Bill for raising the Eighteen Months Assessment.

Sir Robert Atkins made Report to this House, That the Committee had made some further Progress upon the Bill for raising the Eighteen Months Assessment; and desired that the House might, on Wednesday next, resolve into a Committee, to resume and perfect the Debate thereof.

Resolved, upon the Question, That this House do resolve into a Committee To-morrow, at Nine of the Clock, to resume the further Debate of the Bill for raising the Eighteen Months Assessment; and to end the same.

Confirming Ministers.

Resolved, That the Debate of the Matter of the Ministers Bill be resumed on Wednesday, in the first place; and be proceeded in, till it be determined, without Interruption.

Powell's Estate.

Resolved, That the Matter of the Bill for making void the Fines levied by Sir Edward Powell, and his Lady, be peremptorily heard on this Day Sevennight: And all Parties concerned are to take notice thereof.
