An Act for Naturalizing of James Mullard, and others, was this Day read the First time.

Small Debts.

Ordered, That the Bill for Recovery of small Debts, and relieving Persons in Cases of small Trespasses, within their respective Counties, be read the Second time, on Saturday Morning next.

Pardon of Deane, &c.

A Bill for the Pardoning, and Restitution in Blood, of John Deane, and others, was this Day read the Second time; and, upon the Question, committed to Mr. Robinson, Mr. Shapcott, Colonel Cock, Major Aston, Mr. West, Major-General Berry, Major-General Lilborne, Mr. Recorder of London, Mr. Fowell, Colonel Rous, Mr. Westlake, Colonel Rogers, Colonel Gorges, Mr. Margretts, Mr. Aston, Major Porter, Major-General Goff, Colonel Castle, Mr. Lister, Mr. Crook, Mr. Butler: And are to meet this Afternoon at Two of the Clock, in the Inner Court of Wards.

Strickland, Mr. Crook; Captain Lilborne, Mr. Fowell, Major-General Howard, Mr. Jenkinson, Mr. Westlake, Mr. Waller, Colonel Crofts, Colonel Wilton, Colonel Shuttleworth, Mr. Bampfeild, Colonel Lassells, Mr. Dickenson, Mr. Lucy, Mr. Shapcott, Lord Chief Justice Glyn, Mr. Attorney General, Lord Lambert, Mr. Lister, Mr. Brisco, Captain Baines, Sir Sam. An Act for the Probate of Wills, and Granting Administrations in the County of York, and other the Counties and Places therein named, was this Day read the Second time; and, upon the Question, committed to the Committee to whom the Bill for Probate of Wills and Administrations is committed: And all that come to have Voices.

The humble Petition of the Justices of Peace and Inhabitants of the County of Chester was this Day read, and committed to the Committee for the Bill for Probate of Wills, and Granting Administrations: And that this Committee have Power to send for Persons, Papers, and Records.

Ordered, That the Committee to whom these Bills are committed, do consider of the several Statutes appointing Fees: And to consider of the Fees in these Cases; and to bring it in with the Bill.

Corn and Meal.

Mr. Harvey reports from the Committee to whom the Bill for repealing a Branch of an Act, intituled, An Act touching Corn and Meal, a Proviso to be added by way of Amendment to the said Act: Which was read the First and Second time.

Resolved, That this House doth agree with the Committee in this Amendment.

Resolved, That the said Bill, so amended, be ingrossed.
