Prolongation for life to him, a quinquegenarian and president of the episcopal court of Exeter, of the not yet expired period of seven years during which Martin V dispensed him to hold with the said archdeaconry, which is a non-major dignity, any benefice with cure or otherwise incompatible, and to resign them, simply or for exchange, as often as he pleased, after which he obtained the parish church of Stokyntynhyde in the diocese of Exeter, which he is holding with the said archdeaconry and a canonry and prebend of Exeter, value not exceeding 50l., 50l. and 6l. respectively. To the provost and persone, called fellows, present and future, of the college called King's Hall (Auleregie) in the university (in universitate studii) of Oxford. Indult to let, rent or grant on farm or yearly pension, as often and for as long as they think good, to any persons, even laymen, the fruits etc., value in each case not exceeding 10l. sterling, of the parish churches, annexed to their college, of Alford (sic) and Colbi in the dioceses of York and Lincoln, and not to be bound to appear otherwise than by proctor at convocations etc. and at visitations of the ordinary or the archdeacon. 1435. 3 Non. Aug. Florence. (f. 129.)	To the abbot of Corcomroe (de Petra Fertili) in the diocese of Kilfenora. Mandate to collate and assign to John Mackyllavanach, clerk, of the diocese of Kilmacduagh, who is of noble race and in his twenty-second year, and who was lately dispensed by papal authority, as the son of a priest and an unmarried woman, to be promoted to all, even holy orders, and hold a benefice even with cure, the rectory of Arddrahayn alias Ofyerach in the said diocese of Kilmacduagh, of the patronage of laymen, value not exceeding 30 marks, so long void by the death of Donald Oseachnassay that its collation lapsed to the apostolic see, summoning and removing Ma[u]ricius Ohyalayn, priest, of the said diocese, who has unduly detained it for about two years under pretext of a presentation and of an institution by the ordinary, both made after the said lapse, and from fear of whose power the said John cannot safely meet him in the city or diocese of Kilmacduagh. 1434. 10 Kal. Oct. Florence. (f. 135.)	To John Rever, rector of Blaknotlee in the diocese of London, B.C.L. Reservation, for collation to him, of the rectory of Kylalon in the diocese of Meath, value not exceeding 20l. sterling, about to become void by the pope's promotion, and by the consecration, which is to take place, of William, elect of Meath; notwithstanding that he holds the above church, value not exceeding 24 marks, which he is to resign upon obtaining Kylalon. Litterarum etc.
	Concurrent mandate to the priors of St. Peter's, Newtown by Trim (Nauenndie [rectius Noueuille] inxta Tryim), and St. Mary's, Fore (de Fauorio), in the diocese of Meath, and the archdeacon of Hainaut (Hannonie) in Liège. Reservation, for collation to him, of the perpetual vicarage of Dylvyn in the said diocese, value not exceeding 30 marks sterling, about to become void as in the preceding; notwithstanding that he holds the above church, value not exceeding 20l., which he is to resign upon obtaining Dylvyn. Faculty to confer the office of notary public on William Terri, clerk, of the diocese of Lincoln, dwelling in those parts, provided that he be not married nor in holy orders, if he have completed his twentyfifth year, and if found fit after examination, with the form of oath appended. The incipit of all these letters is, as usual, ‘Ne contractuum,’ and all are dated at Florence.
