With a Bill, intituled, "An Act to allow the Importation of Gum Senega into this Kingdom, from any Part of Europe, upon the Payment of a Duty, and for Relief of James Guthrie, with respect to the Duties paid and secured upon a Quantity of Tobacco, burnt at the Port of Kircudbright, and for giving further Time for Payment of Duties omitted to be paid for the Indentuies or Contracts of Clerks and Apprentices," to which they desire the Concurrence of this House.
Chippenham Road, Bill.

With a Bill, intituled, "An Act for repairing and widening the Roads leading from Chippenham Bridge in the County of Wilts, to the Top of Togghill in the County of Gloucester, and from Chippenham Bridge aforesaid to the Top of Old Sodbury Hill in the said County of Gloucester," to which they desire the Concurrence of this House.
The said Bills were all read the First Time.

State of National Debt delivered.
The House being informed, "That Mr. Wilford, from the Exchequer, attended"
He was called in, and delivered, at the Bar, pursuant to the Address of this House of the 26th Day of February last,
"A State of the National Debt, provided or unprovided for by Parliament, as it stood on the 31st of December 1750, and 31st of December 1751, together with an Accompt of the Produce of the Sinking Fund in that Year, and to the Payment of what Debts, contracted before the 25th of December 1716, the said Fund hath been applied"
And then he was directed to withdraw.
And the Title thereof being read, by the Clerk.
Ordered, That the same do lie on the Table.
E. Kerry against V. Fitzmaurice.
After hearing Counsel, as well on Monday last as Yesterday and this Day, upon the Petition and Appeal of Francis Thomas Earl of Kerry and Lixnaw in the Kingdom of Ireland, an Infant, by Robert Baron Newport of Newport in the said Kingdom, his Guardian and next Friend, complaining of a Decree of the Court of Exchequer in that Kingdom, of the 3d Day of December 1750, made in certain Causes, wherein John Fitzmaurice Esquire was Plaintiff, and the Appellant Defendant, et e contra, and praying, "That the said Decree might be reversed or rectified, and such Relief given the Appellant as to this House in their great Wisdom and Justice should seem meet" As also upon the Answer of the said John Fitzm urice, by the Name and Title of John Petty Lord Viscount Fitzmaurice, put in to the said Appeal, and due Consideration had of what was offered on either Side in this Cause.
Judgement.
It is Ordered and Adjudged, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That so much of the said Decree, whereby it was directed, "That an Issue at Law should be tried, Whether the Lands of Cregane and Ballygoaloge, or either and which of them, be Grand-denominations or Sub-denominations, or Part and Parcel, of the Towns and Lands of Bally McJordan, Drumlegagh, and Listowhill, or of any and which of them," be, and the same is hereby, reversed, and that instead thereof these Words be inserted, (videlicet) "Whether the Lands of Cregane and Ballygouloge or either, and which of them, are comprized in the Description of the Towns and Lands of Listowhill, Drumlegagh, and Bally McJordan, or any and which of them, in the Limitation of the Term of Twenty-one Years, created in the Towns and Lands last mentioned, by the Indenture of the 11th of May 1716, according to the true Intent and Meaning of the said Indenture" And it is hereby further Ordered and Adjudged, That, with this Variation, the said Decree be affirmed And it is further Ordered, That the said Court of Exchequer do give Directions for carrying this Order and Judgement into Execution.
Snaith Common enclosing, Bill.
The Earl of Warwick reported from the Lords Committees to whom the Bill, intituled, "An Act for establishing and rendering effectual certain Articles of Agreement, for the enclosing and dividing the Commons and Waste Grounds, in the Townships of Snaith, Cowick, and Rawcliffe, in the County of York," was committed "That they had considered the said Bill, and examined the Allegations thereof, which were found to be true, and having heard Counsel on both Sides thereupon, had gone through the Bill, and directed him to report the same to the House, without any Amendment."
