To Henry, archbishop of Milan. Confirmation etc. as below. Seeing that the said faculties are said to expire on July 1 next, and his said legation to have expired by his coming to the [Roman] court or otherwise, the pope, in order that he may be able the better to carry out the visitation of his province, and that the said aid may be the greater, renews, confirms and prolongs, only in the province of Milan and the territory of Filippo Maria Anglus, duke of Milan, and until he has completed in the said province and territory the said visitation, his said legation and faculties, and commits to him anew his full power of a legate de latere. de Dudum fraternitati tue.
