To Philip Odubuychayn, canon of Ardfert. Reservation of a benefice with or without cure, even if a dignity etc., in the church of Ardfert or a collegiate church, value not exceeding 25 marks if with cure or a dignity or a personatus, 18 if without cure or not a dignity or personatus, in the common or several gift of the bishop and the dean and chapter of Ardfert, provided that it be not a canonry and prebend of a cathedral church; notwithstanding that he holds the canonry and prebend of Gleannardeala in Ardfert, value with their annexes not exceeding 3 marks, and the perpetual vicarage of Kylthome in the diocese of Ardfert, value not exceeding 5 marks, with which latter he is hereby dispensed to hold such benefice for seven years, in which period he is to exchange, as usual, or thereafter resign the vicarage.
