To the archdeacon of Limerick. Mandate to collate and assign to Thomas Odoncha, priest, of the diocese of Limerick, the still void perpetual vicarage, value not exceeding 12 marks, of Kilmallock (Kyllocia) in the said diocese, on whose voidance by the death of John Archer the dean and chapter of Limerick, in accordance with ancient custom, presented him to bishop Cornelius, who instituted him. He doubts whether the said presentation and institution hold good. Dignum [arbitramur].

To the bishop of Aosta and Donatus Okerbalan and Maurice Okeandaclad, canons of Derry. Mandate to collate and assign to Patrick Olinn, priest, of the diocese of Derry, the still void rectory, value not exceeding 4 marks, of Comor in the said diocese, of which, on its voidance by the death of Dermit Ocachan, the late John, archbishop of Armagh, by his metropolitical right, the rectory having lapsed, made collation and provision to Patrick, who had then had papal dispensation, as the son of an unmarried man and an unmarried woman, to be promoted to all, even holy orders and hold a benefice even with cure. He doubts whether the said collation and provision hold good. Vite ac morum. (v, residuum pro deo.)

Mandate to collate and assign to John le Butaler, priest, of the diocese of Tuam, the still void perpetual vicarage, value not exceeding 5 marks, of Roba in Conmacnycule in the said diocese, of which, on its voidance by the death of Maurice Omaylamna, archbishop Maurice made collation and provision to him, who had lately had papal dispensation, as the son of a priest etc. as in the preceding. He doubts etc.,as ibid. Vite etc.

Mandate to collate and assign to Nemeas Mackenan, priest, of the diocese of Derry, the still void perpetual vicarage, value not exceeding 10 marks, of Tanlachtafindlogan in the said diocese, which, on its voidance by the death of Laurence Micalmer he, who had had papal dispensation, as the son of a priest etc. as in the preceding, accepted and had provision made to him during the lifetime of Innocent VII by virtue of letters of that pope by which he was expecting a benefice with or without cure in the gift of the bishop of Derry, in whose gift was the said vicarage. Dispensation to him—who, without dispensation, as the son of an unmarried man and an unmarried woman, had himself tonsured, and who is in or about his twenty-first year—to be promoted to all, even holy orders, minister as a clerk and in the said orders when received, and hold any mutually compatible benefices with or without cure, of any number and king, even if parish churches or perpetual vicarages, or canonries and prebends or dignities, major or principal respectively, and elective, personatus or offices, with or without cure, in metropolitan, cathedral or collegiate churches, and to resign them, simply or for exchange, as often as he pleases. His said illegitimacy and dispensation need not be mentioned in future graces. Vite etc. (De Mandato.)

Mandate to collate and assign to Donald Machabhaird, priest, of the diocese of Derry, the still void perpetual vicarage, value not exceeding 10 marks, of Furnaigi in the said diocese, which, on its voidance by the resignation of John Ochasalaid to bishop John, he obtained by collation and provision of that bishop. He doubts whether the collation and provision hold good. Vite etc. (Pro deo.)

Mandate to collate and assign to Donatus Omalchali, priest, of the diocese of Leighlin—who lately had the usual papal dispensation, as the son of a priest and an unmarried woman, to be promoted, etc.—the still void perpetual vicarage, value not exceeding 5 marks, of Clonencach in the said diocese, on whose voidance by the resignation of Malachy Ohorahan to bishop Richard, he was presented by Robert de Greuiis, prior, and the convent of the Augustinian priory of Conall in the diocese of Kildare, and instituted by the said bishop. He doubts whether the presentation and institution hold good. Vite etc. (Pro deo.)
