Appointing him, during the pope's pleasure, collector of the papal Camera in the realm of Scotland, and nuncio of the apostolic see, all other collectors and sub-collectors in the said realm being hereby revoked; with the usual faculties and powers. He is to render an account every two years, etc., and is to take the usual oath of fealty to Mark [Barbo], bishop of Vincenza, the pope's commissary. Ex fideli ac solicita. To Philip, bishop of Albano, the pope's major penitentiary. Mandate to summon the below-named John Guntorp, and others concerned, and if he find that the office of a minor penitentiary in the basilica of St. Peter's, Rome, is void (because John Guntorp, priest, of the diocese of York, M.A., a minor penitentiary in the said basilica for the English nation, has been absent from the Roman court and from the exercise of the said office for about four years after the lapse of the period of the licence granted to him by the said major penitentiary), to collate and assign it to Thomas Purveour, priest, of the diocese of Bath and Wells, S.T.M., M.A. Before the said Thomas begins to exercise the office, he is to take to the said major penitentiary the usual oath, appended.
