Appointing him, during pleasure, etc., papal nuncio and collectorgeneral of the papal Camera in the realm of Scotland, as above, Reg. Vat. DXLII, f. 272, mutatis mutantis (e.g. he is to render an account every two years). Ex fideli. (L.Dathus. In duplicata. | xxx. B. de Maffeis. Baudetus.D. de Piscia. Collat., G. Blondus.   • 1. On the back of the volume is the usual modern lettering: Pa. II.Off. A. vi. vii. Lib. ii. The front half of the original sheepskin binding is wanting. There are pp. 5 + of rubricelle, the first being headed:Incipiunt rubricelle secundi libri bullarum officiorum sanctissimi domini nostri domini Pauli divina providentia pape ii. They end with the word ‘Finis.’ The usual description on the bottom edge of the volume has presumably been cut òff by the binder. There are i.-cxxviiii. + 130 + cxxxi. + 132 of text.
