To David Condun, clerk, of the diocese of Killala (Aladen.). Reservation to the pope's gift, for collation to him, of a canonry of Clonfert and the prebend of Ciullcuban (fn. 2) therein, value not exceeding 3 marks sterling, to become void by the provision, which the pope has recently ordered to be made to Donatus Ohanyn, of the archdeaconry of the same church, a non-major dignity, requiring him to resign, as he himself offered, the said canonry and prebend as soon as he obtained the archdeaconry. Vite etc.
Concurrent mandate to the abbot of St. Mary's, Abbeygormacan (de Via nova), in the diocese of Clonfert, the archdeacon of Cloyne (Clonen.), and Cornelius Ocynayd, a canon of the same. Wenzel's ‘An. 6. to. 7.’ A contemporary flyleaf has, in different contemporary hands, the description: ‘Primus de prebendis vacantibus anno vo . domini Pii page ii,’ the order: ‘R(ecipe) Jo., P. [i.e. P. de Varris]’ and the corresponding: ‘Rubricatus est.’ A like contemporary description: ‘Primus …’ occurs also, as usual, on the bottom edge of the volume. There are i.–cccxli. ff. of text.
