Stevenson versus Frewen.
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the Cause wherein Samuel Stevenson and Frances his Wife are Appellants, and John Frewen and Henry Campion are Respondents, on Friday the Six and Twentieth Day of this Instant January, at Eleven a Clock.

To put them in Mind of the Bill, intituled, "An Act for appointing Commissioners to treat of an Union between England and Scotland; and for preventing the Inconveniencies that may arise from divers Laws lately made in Scotland;" it being a Bill that highly concerns the Peace and Welfare of both Nations.

Prinn versus Howe, in Error.
Counsel being called in, to hear the Errors argued; upon the Writ of Error depending in this House, wherein John Prinn is Plaintiff, and John Howe Esquire Defendant; the Counsel for the Plaintiff urging the Uncertainty of the Words found by the Verdict; and the other Side being heard thereupon:
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the further Consideration of this Matter shall be adjourned to Friday next, at Twelve a Clock; and that all the Judges do then attend, to inform the House what they find relating to the Matter debated at the Bar by the Counsel.

Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for confirming an Agreement made by certain Articles, by and between John Earl of Kildare, Richard Lord Bellew and Frances his Lady, Charlotte Countess of Newburgh, and William Rowley Esquire; and for selling Part of the Estate of the said Earl of Kildare, for the Purposes therein mentioned."
