The Earl of Stamford reported from the Lords Committees, the Bill, intituled, "An Act for naturalizing of Henry Bowman," as fit to pass, without any Amendment.

Message from H. C. with a Bill.
A Message from the House of Commons, by Mr. Northmore and others:
Who brought up a Bill, intituled, "An Act to enable Agnes Hacche Widow and other Trustees to make Leases, and sell Lands, in the County of Devon, for the Payment of the Debts and Legacies of Robert Hacche Esquire, deceased, and for the Maintenance and Advancement of his Daughters Portions;" to which they desire the Concurrence of this House.
Stanyon versus Machen.
The House being this Day moved, on the Behalf of John Stanyon, Respondent to the Petition and Appeal of Edward Machen and John Fortune, "That a Day may be appointed, for hearing the said Appeal:"
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the said Cause, by Counsel, at the Bar, on Thursday the Seventh Day of December next, at Eleven a Clock.
Count. Falkland & al. versus Ld. Cheney & al.
The House being this Day moved, "That a Day may be appointed, for hearing of the Cause wherein Rebecca Countess of Falkland and Sir Cloudesley Shovell and others are Appellants, and the Lord Cheney, Sir Walter Clarges, and Doctor Barwick, are Respondents:"
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the said Cause, by Counsel, at the Bar, on Friday the Eighth Day of December next, at Eleven a Clock.
Lamb versus Baron.
Upon reading the Petition of John Lamb; shewing, That, about this Time Two Years, he obtained a Judgement against Charles Baron Gentleman, in Her Majesty's Court of Queen's Bench, for Three Hundred and Seven Pounds odd Money; that Charles Baron brought a Writ of Error in the Exchequer Chamber, for Vexation, to delay the Petitioner; upon which, the Petitioner hath obtained Judgement against the said Baron this Term; that Charles Baron hath brought a Writ of Error returnable into this House, without any Colour of Error, on Purpose to delay the Petitioner and keep him out of his Money; and praying a Day may be appointed, for the said Baron to bring, or cause to be brought in, the said Writ of Error:"
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Charles Baron do cause the said Writ of Error to be brought into this House on or before Saturday the Second Day of December next, at Eleven a Clock.
State of the Nation with Regard to Scotland.
The House (pursuant to the Order of the Three and Twentieth Instant) was adjourned during Pleasure, and put into a Committee upon the Consideration of the State of the Nation in Reference to Scotland.
After Debate, the House was resumed.
And the Earl of Sunderland reported, "That the Committee had been in Consideration of the State of the Nation in Reference to Scotland; and desire another Time may be appointed, for the House to be in a Committee again."
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House shall be put into a Committee again, to proceed in the Consideration of the State of the Nation in Reference to Scotland, on Wednesday the Sixth Day of December next, at Twelve a Clock.
Adjourn.
