Appointing him, at the request of John, bishop, and the chapter of Hereford, who had elected him in ignorance, to the deanery of Hereford, reserved to the pope in the lifetime of Stephen de Ledbury; notwithstanding that he has the church of Eadburchi bury, a portion in the church of Holegod, in the dioceses of Lincoln and Hereford, and canonries and prebends of Wilton, Hereford, and Wells, with dispensation to retain the said church.
