Parker versus Burroughs.

Upon reading the Petition and Appeal of Anthony Parker, from a Decree made in the Court of Chancery, the Seventeenth Day of November last, in a Cause there depending, between Humphry Burroughs and George Reynolds Complainants, and the Appellant Anthony Parker and others Defendants; and praying the Reversal of the said Decree; and that the Respondents Bill may be dismissed with Costs, and Proceedings stayed:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Humphry Burroughs and George Reynolds may have a Copy of the said Appeal; and shall and they are hereby required to put in their Answer thereunto, in Writing, on Friday the Eighteenth Day of this Instant December, at Eleven a Clock in the Forenoon.

Sherard versus Harcourt.

After hearing Counsel this Day (in Part) upon the Petition and Appeal of Brownlow Sherard Esquire and his Wife, and the Answer of Symon Harcourt and others;

And Counsel being withdrawn:

It was proposed, "To adjourn the further Hearing of the Cause till Monday next."

After Debate;

The Question was put, "Whether this House shall now proceed any further in this Cause?"

It was Resolved in the Negative.

ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will proceed further in this Cause on Monday next, at Eleven a Clock.
