E. Denbigh takes the Oaths.

This Day Basil Earl of Denbigh took the Oaths, and made and subscribed the Declaration, and also took and subscribed the Oath of Abjuration, pursuant to the Statutes.

Prise versus Button.

Upon reading the Petition and Appeal of John Prise Esquire, from a Decree of the Court of Chancery, made the Twelfth Day of June, and the Third Day of July, One Thousand Seven Hundred and Two, in a Cause there, wherein Thomas Button Esquire was Complainant, against the said John Prise and others Defendants; and praying the Reversal of the said Decree; and that the said Thomas Button, Herbert Westphaleing, and Herbert Masters, may answer thereunto:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Thomas Button, Herbert Westphaleing, and Herbert Masters, may have a Copy of the said Appeal; and shall and they are hereby required to put in their Answer thereunto, in Writing, on Saturday, the Fifth Day of December next, at Ten a Clock in the Forenoon.

Public Accompts; Proceedings of the Commissioners about:

The House being informed, "That the Secretary to the Commissioners for the Public Accompts was at the Door;" he was called in; and delivered, at the Bar, "A Narrative of their Proceedings."

Which being read;

Committee to consider of them.
