It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the Errors argued upon the Writ of Error, wherein John Roll is Plaintiff, and Gregory Gree Defendant, on Thursday the Sixteenth Day of this Instant April, at Eleven a Clock.
Sir Jeffrey Jeffreys versus Attorney General, &c.
Whereas this Day was appointed for hearing the Cause wherein Sir Jeffrey Jeffreys is Appellant, an Her Majesty's Attorney General and the Commissioners of the Customs Respondents:
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the said Cause, by Counsel, at the Bar, on Tuesday next, at Eleven a Clock.
Benovad et al. Nat. Bill.
The Lord Viscount Longueville reported from the Lords Committees, the Bill, intituled, "An Act for naturalizing Stephen Benovad, John Girard, and others," as fit to pass, with several Amendments.
Which were read Twice, and agreed to; and the Bill ordered to be engrossed, with the said Amendments.
Keightley's Bill.
Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for the Relief of Thomas Keightley Esquire, with relation to the forfeited Estates in Ireland."
ORDERED, That the House shall be put into a Committee upon the said Bill, on Monday next, at Eleven a Clock; and that the Trustees for the forfeited Estates in Ireland do then attend, with the Petition to them referred in this Case, and their Report thereupon.

Who brought up a Bill, intituled, "An Act to enable Jeffrey Palmer Esquire to settle a Jointure upon Elizabeth his Wife;" to which they desire the Concurrence of this House.
Michell versus Sydenham.
Upon reading the Petition of Doiley Michel and Anne his Wife, Respondents to the Appeal of William Sydenham Appellant; praying a Day may be appointed for hearing of the said Appeal; and that the Petitioners may have the Benefit of the several Orders made in Chancery (in the said Petition mentioned) the One and Twentieth of May, and the Nineteenth and Twentieth Days of June last, for the producing Writings, and the Attendance of Witnesses, at the Hearing of the Cause there:
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the said Cause, by Counsel, at the Bar, on Friday the Seventeenth Day of this Instant April, at Eleven a Clock; and that all such Writings as were produced, and such Witnesses as were ordered to attend, at the Hearing in the Chancery, be produced, and do attend, at the Hearing in this House.
Worcester College, Bill.
Whereas this Day was appointed for the Third Reading of the Bill, intituled, "An Act for settling Sir Thomas Cook's Charity of Ten Thousand Pounds, for the erecting and endowing of Worcester Colledge in Oxford:"
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Bill shall be read the Third Time on Monday next, at Eleven a Clock; and all the Lords summoned to attend.
Repairing Bridges, &c. Bill.
Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act to explain and alter the Act made in the Two and Twentieth Year of King Henry the Eighth, concerning repairing and amending of Bridges in the Highways; and for repealing an Act, made in the Twenty-third Year of Queen Elizabeth, for the re-edifying of Cardiffe Bridge, in the County of Glamorgan; and also for changing the Day of Election, of the Wardens and Assistants of Rochester Bridge."
ORDERED, That the said Bill be committed to a Committee of the whole House, presently.
Then the House was adjourned during Pleasure, and put into a Committee upon the said Bill.
After some Time spent therein, and hearing Counsel for and against the said Bill, the House was resumed.
And the Lord Viscount Longueville reported, "That the Committee had heard Counsel, and gone through the said Bill; and think it fit to pass; without any Amendment."
ORDERED, That the said Bill be read the Third Time To-morrow.
Mathews's Bill.
The Lord Guilford reported from the Lords Committees, the Bill, intituled, "An Act for vesting the Estate of William Mathews Gentleman, and Katherine his Wife, in Trustees, to be sold, for the Purposes therein mentioned," as fit to pass, with some Amendments.
Which were read Twice, and agreed to.
Shales versus Shales.
Upon reading the Petition and Appeal of Robert Shales, from a Decree made in the Court of Chancery, the Four and Twentieth Day of October last, on the Behalf of Charles Shales, Youngest Son of John Shales Essquire, deceased, by the First Ventre the Appellant's Brother of the Half Blood; and praying the Reversal of the said Decree:
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Charles Shales may have a Copy of the said Appeal; and shall and he is hereby required to put in his Answer thereunto, in Writing, on Wednesday the Fifteenth Day of this Instant April, at Eleven a Clock in the Forenoon.
