Charlton versus Baily.

Upon reading this Day the Judgement made Yesterday, in the Case of Martha Wife of Sir Henry Johnson, declaring her Right to the Barony of Wentworth, and Her Majesty's Reference to this House:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Lords with White Staves do humbly attend Her Majesty, with the Judgement of this House made Yesterday, in the Case of Martha the Wife of Sir Henry Johnson, upon the Claim to the Barony of Wentworth.
