Civil List Bill.

Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for the better Support of Her Majesty's Household, and of the Honour and Dignity of the Crown."

ORDERED, That the said Bill be committed to a Committee of the whole House, presently.

Then the House was adjourned during Pleasure, and put into a Committee upon the said Bill.

After some Time, the House was resumed.

And the Lord Ferrers reported, "That the Committee had gone through the said Bill; and think it fit to pass, without any Amendment."

The Question was put, "Whether this Bill shall pass?"

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

Suffolk Place. Bill.

The Lord Lawarr reported from the Lords Committees, the Bill, intituled, "An Act for the better Improvement of Suffolke Place, in the Borough of Southwarke, in the County of Surrey," as fit to pass, with some Amendments.

Which were read Twice, and agreed to; and the Bill ordered to be engrossed, with the said Amendments.

Dent versus Sir W. Buck.

After hearing Counsel this Day, upon the Petition of Thomas Dent Doctor in Divinity, praying an Alteration in the Judgement of this House of the Nineteenth Instant; as also Counsel for Sir William Buck, in relation to the said Alteration:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the following Words shall be added to the Judgement of this House of the Nineteenth Instant; (videlicet,) ["And that the Court of Exchequer do proceed to hear and determine the Cause, as to the Right of the Tithes in Question, notwithstanding the Agreement."]

Attingham Manor, for Sale of, Bill.

Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for the Sale of the Manor of Attingham, in the County of Salop; and settling a Farm called SellyHall, and a Moiety of the Manor of Temple Lawrne, in the County of Worcester, of better Value, in Lieu thereof."

Harris versus Parker:

After hearing Counsel, upon the Petition and Appeal of William Harris Esquire, from a Dismission and Decree made in Chancery, the Sixth of July One Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-nine, on the Behalf of George Parker Esquire, in Three several Causes there depending; the First, between William Harris Esquire Plaintiff, and George Parker Esquire and others Defendants; the Second, between George Parker Esquire Plaintiff, and His Majesty's Attorney General and William Harris and others Defendants; and the Third, between His Majesty's said Attorney General Plaintiff, and the said William Harris and others Defendants; and praying the said Dismission and Decree may be reversed and set aside; as also upon the Answers of the said George Parker and Her Majesty's Attorney General put in thereunto; and due Consideration of what was offered thereupon:

Judgement affirmed.

It is ORDERED and Adjudged, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Petition and Appeal of William Harris shall be, and is hereby, dismissed this House; and that the Decree therein complained of shall be, and is hereby, affirmed: And it is further ORDERED, That the Appellant William Harris do pay, or cause to be paid, unto the Respondent George Parker, the Sum of Ten Pounds, for his Costs.

Stevenson versus Hamilton.

The House being this Day moved, on the Behalf of Hans Stevenson Respondent to the Appeal of Hans and James Hamilton, "That a Day may be appointed for hearing of their Cause:"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the said Cause, by Counsel, at the Bar, on Wednesday the Fifteenth Day of April next, at Eleven a Clock.
