Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act to enable the Bishop of Winchester to lease out the Tenements now built upon his Mansion-house, in the Parish of St. Saviour's, in Southwarke, in the County of Surrey, and the Two Parks and other Demesnes of Bishop's Waltham, in the County of South'ton."
The Question being put, "Whether this Bill shall pass?"
It was Resolved in the Affirmative.
Message to H. C. with it; and Killegrew's & al. Bill.
A Message was sent to the House of Commons, by Sir Justinian Lewin and Sir Thomas Estcourt:
1. To deliver to them the Bill to enable the Bishop of Winchester to lease out the Tenements built upon his Mansion-house in Southwarke, and desire their Concurrence therein.
Heralds Bill for recording Descents, &c.
2. To let the Commons know, that this House hath passed the Bill for naturalizing Charlotte Hessen Killegrewe and others.
ORDERED, That the Committee for the Bill for recording the Matches and Descents of the Nobility and Gentry of England do meet on Monday next, in the Afternoon, at Three a Clock.
