Message to H. C. for a Conference concerning Jesuits and Priests.

A Message was sent to the House of Commons, by Sir Thomas Birde and Sir Toby Wolridge Knights:

To desire a present Conference, in the Painted Chamber, touching the Matter of the late Message concerning Jesuits and Priests.

ORDERED, That the Committee that were appointed to draw up the Petition shall manage this Conference.

Bill to repeal Acts of the Long Parliament.

ORDERED, That the Committee appointed to draw a Bill for repealing all the Acts of the Long Parliament do meet on Monday Morning next, at Nine of the Clock; and the Quorum is reduced to Seven: And the Earl of Scarsdale is added to this Committee.

Seniors Bill.

Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act to enable the Sale of some of the Lands of Richard Senior and Anthony Senior, deceased, for Payment of some of their Debts."

E. of Berks Leave to be absent.

ORDERED, That the Earl of Berks hath Leave to be absent from this House for a Time, upon some urgent Occasions.

The House was adjourned during Pleasure, and the Lords went to the Conference; which being ended, the House was resumed.
