These payments to cease after the death of the aforesaid persons or upon the surrender or other determination of the respective grants they have of them and none of the said payments to be continued or renewed to any other in concurrence, reversion or otherwise; any former orders etc. from us to the contrary notwithstanding; nor is any of them to be paid until all other payments expressed in our Civil and Military lists for Ireland, in our list for our garrison at Tangier and in our list for ships be first paid and satisfied.

For freight and transportations, carrying of letters and other expenses, gifts and rewards, sea service, repairing and upholding sufficiently the King's houses, maintaining the King's forts, finishing of needful undertakings of that kind begun in apt places but not finished, erecting of more strengths of like nature in other fit and necessary places, diets and charges of keeping poor prisoners and sick and maimed soldiers in hospitals, printing, riding and travelling charges, prests upon accounts and all other payments amongst which the repairs of fortifications and provisions of hospitals are chiefly to be taken care of by Concordatum of the Lord Lieutenant and Council not to be exceeded without special direction of the King or the Privy Council in England and the Concordatums to be every three months certified over to the said Privy Council 4,500 0 0
And it is the King's pleasure that no payment or allowance be made by Concordatum but by warrant drawn by the Clerk of the Council of Ireland, passed openly at the Council Board there and signed by four thereof at least. All sums allowed or paid in defiance hereof are to be set in super, as debts, on the Lord Lieutenant and the others signing the same and are to be defalked to the King's use out of their [salary or] entertainment.
This establishment and list is to be duly paid and not exceeded.

Memorandum: That the 3d. a day in money made payable by this establishment to each foot soldier of the garrison of Tangier shall be from time to time paid to the Cols. of each Regiment, out of which they are to furnish the said soldiers with clothes, shirts, shoes, stockings and other necessaries; the same to be always bought in Ireland and no where else, and that at as easy rates as may be; and [the Cols. are] to pay the remainder, if any, in money to the said soldiers.
Memorandum: That 8d. a day out of the 2s. a day hereby payable to each Trooper of said garrison shall from time to time be paid to such Surveyor as the King shall appoint to be by him laid out for providing such stores and quantities of horsemeat as are now allowed to each horseman at Tangier; and the remaining 16d. a day shall be paid to the respective Captains of Horse out of which they are to furnish the said Troopers with clothes, boots, belts and other necessaries to be bought in Ireland etc. ut supra.
The Lord Lieutenant of Ireland is to appoint some fit persons to supervise the buying of the said clothes and necessaries to see that they are good in kind and at the cheapest rates.
AN ESTABLISHMENT OF AN ALLOWANCE FOR SHIPS TO ATTEND THE SERVICE OF IRELAND AND TANGIER OR SUCH OTHER SERVICES AS THE KING SHALL DIRECT.
