Royal warrant dated Hampton Court to the Earl of Ranelagh, to
pay to Lord Coningsby out of the offreckonings of the 12 Battalions
lately sent to Holland so much as shall be equivalent to the sum in
Irish money as is to be paid to the clothiers of the said Regiments
in pursuance of the royal warrant of Dec. 2 inst. supra p. 410 to the
Lord Lieutenant of Ireland and notwithstanding the royal warrant
of July 18/29 last supra p. 317. |

Treasury subscription of a Lord Chamberlain's warrant
dated Dec. 20 to the Earl of Montagu, [Master of the Great
Wardrobe] to deliver to Henry Lowman, his Majesty's Housekeeper
and Wardrobekeeper at Kensington, furniture, detailed, for the
new closet next to the King's Little Bedchamber there,
viz. 3 pieces of hangings; one window curtain of scarlet green rich
mixed damask; one easy chair, 2 stools and a fire screen to be
covered suitable, all trimmed with green silk and tufted fringes;
the window curtain to draw up with a curved cornish and silk strings
and tassels to it; the frames of the chair, stools and fire screen of
walnut tree carved and cases of green taffeta for the chair, stools and
fire screen; likewise 2 portiere curtains of the said damask lined
with taffeta and trimmed with the like green fringes, to draw on
