Davis's Bill.

The Lord Ferrers reported from the Committee, the Bill, intituled, "An Act for vesting certain Customary Messuages and Lands, within the Manor of Gillingham, in the County of Dorset, (late the Estate of Thomas Davis Gentleman, deceased) in Trustees, to be sold, for Payment of Debts," as fit to pass, with some Amendments.

Which, being read Twice, were agreed to; and the Bill ordered to be engrossed, with the said Amendments.

Cary's Bill.

The Earl of Bridgewater reported from the Committee, the Bill, intituled, "An Act for vesting a Moiety of certain Messuages and Lands in Hackney, in the County of Middl'x, in Trustees, for the Benefit of Susanna Cary, Widow and Relict of Nicholas Cary Esquire, deceased, and others," as fit to pass, with some Amendments.

Which were read Twice, and agreed to; and the Bill ordered to be engrossed, with the said Amendments.

Houghton's Bill.

The Earl of Yarmouth reported from the Committee, the Bill, intituled, "An Act for vesting the Manors of Bastwick and Laviles, in the County of Norfolke, Part of the Estate of John Houghton Esquire, in Trustees, to be sold, for discharging Debts charged thereon; and for settling another Estate in Lieu thereof," as fit to pass, without any Amendment.

Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for vesting the Manors of Bastwick and Laviles, in the County of Norfolke, Part of the Estate of John Houghton Esquire, in Trustees, to be sold, for discharging Debts charged thereon; and for settling another Estate in Lieu thereof."

The Question was put, "Whether this Bill shall pass?"

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

ORDERED, That the Commons have Notice, the Lords have agreed to the said Bill, without any Amendment.

Records of Claims in The New Forest, to be brought in.

The House being this Day moved, "That the Records in The Tower of London, of the Claims of the Foresters and Borderers on The New Forest, entered at a Justice in Eyre's Seat in the late Lord Holland's Time, may be brought into this House on Friday next:"

Upon reading the several Petitions of John Knott, Samuel Starling, and Joseph Starling; praying to be heard, before the passing of the Bill, intituled, "An Act for vesting in Trustees certain Lands, Parcel of the Estate of Jane late Wife of Anthony Ettrick Gentleman, to be sold, for Payment of Debts, and for making a Provision for Elizabeth their Daughter, an Infant, and Heir to her said Mother."
