A Message from the House of Commons, by Mr. Harcourt and others:

Who brought up a Bill, intituled, "An Act to prevent the further Currency of any Hammered Silver Coin of this Kingdom, and for re-coining such as is now in Being; and for the making out new Exchequer Bills, where the former Bills are, or shall be, filled up by Indorsements;" to which they desire the Concurrence of this House.

Hammered Money, for re-coining, Bill, and making out new Exchequer Bills.

Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act to prevent the further Currency of any Hammered Silver Coin of this Kingdom, and for re-coining such as is now in Being; and for the making out new Exchequer Bills, where the former Bills are, or shall be, filled up by Indorsements."

Kinnersley's Bill.

Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act to enable Thomas Kynnersley Esquire, an Infant, to make a Jointure and Settlement of his Estate."

Whereas this Day was appointed to resume the further Consideration of the Report, made the Three and Twentieth of December last, from the Lords Committees appointed to consider of the Matter of the Indictment and Proceedings against Charles Lord Mohun, in relation to the Death of William Hill:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the further Consideration thereof shall be resumed on Monday next, at Eleven a Clock.
