Treasurer Danby to the Commissioners for enquiring
of and disposing the estate of John White, a bankrupt
late of Westminster, brewer. I am informed that
you have already met and that you are putting
said commission in execution against White's estate.
This is to acquaint you that White was indebted
to the King in considerable sums of money, which
ought to be first paid before the creditors. Take
notice hereof and do nothing to the projudice of his
Majesty.

of Ireland, on the petition of Arthur, Viscount
Iveagh. Said petition having been referred to the
Earl of Essex, Jan. 15 last, the said Earl thereupon
referred the examination of said Viscount's pretences
to the Commissioners appointed for hearing and
determining the claims of transplanted persons in the
Province of Connaught and County of Clare, and
herewith forwards their report [missing] "which will
truly inform your Majesty of the state of the case."
Same having been referred June 16 last to Treasurer
Danby, the latter hereby agrees with this report
of the Lord Lieutenant's.
