Drage discharged.

Upon reading the Petition of William Drage; praying, "That he may be discharged from the Restraint he now lies under, for a Breach of Privilege committed by him against the Lord Bishop of Landaffe:"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said William Drage shall be, and is hereby, discharged, paying his Fees; and this shall be a sufficient Warrant on that Behalf.

To Peter Persehouse Esquire, Serjeant at Arms attending this House, his Deputy or Deputies, and every of them.

A Message was brought from the House of Commons, by Mr. Boyle and others:

To return the Bill, intituled, "An Act for vesting Part of the Estate of Thomas Panton Esquire in Trustees, to be sold, for Payment of Debts, and securing a Jointure to Mary his Wife;" to which they have agreed, without any Amendment.

A Message was brought from the House of Commons, by Mr. Shakerly and others:

To return the Bill, intituled, "An Act for naturalizing of John Keyser and others;" to which they have agreed, with some Amendments, whereunto they desire the Concurrence of this House.

Which Amendments, being read Three Times, were agreed to; and ORDERED, That the Commons have Notice thereof.

A Message was brought from the House of Commons, by Mr. Tredenham and others:

To return the Bill, intituled, "An Act for vesting the Estate of Edward Kerry Esquire, lying in Binweston, in the County of Salop, in Trustees, to discharge Incumbrances thereon, and to raise Portions for Younger Children; and for confirming the Marriage Settlement of the said Edward Kerry;" to which they have agreed, without any Amendment.

Gibson, E. of Derby's Servant, discharged from a Commitment by the Court of Exchequer.

Upon reading the Petition of William George Richard Earl of Derby; shewing, "That his Servant, Mr. Edmond Gibson, stands committed Prisoner to The Fleet, by the Court of Exchequer, within the Time of Privilege of Parliament:"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Edmond Gibson shall be, and is hereby, discharged from the Imprisonment he now lies under; and this shall be a sufficient Warrant on that Behalf.

E. Derby versus Sawrey.

Upon reading the Petition of William George Richard Earl of Derby; complaining, amongst other Things, of some Proceedings of the Court of Exchequer, in Breach of his Privilege:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Petition shall be referred to the Lords Committees for Privileges; who are to hear such Persons as they shall think fit, and report to this House; which Committee is to meet on Monday next, at Four of the Clock in the Afternoon.

Attornies, Privilege, who are Servants to Peers.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That on Monday next, at Eleven of the Clock, this House shall take into Consideration how far Privilege shall be allowed to Attornies, that are Servants to Peers.

Loss of Ships from Ireland.

After hearing several Persons this Day, in relation to the Loss of the Provision Ships coming from Ireland:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the further Consideration of this Matter shall be resumed on Friday next, at Twelve of the Clock; and all the Lords summoned to attend.
