PRAYERS.

Tilley versus Richardson.

Upon reading the Petition of John Tilley Esquire; praying, "That his Cause depending in this House, whereunto Thomas Richardson is Respondent, (the said Tilley being in Custody of the Serjeant at Arms attending the House of Commons) may be put off to a further Day:"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the said Cause, by Counsel, at the Bar, on Thursday the Fourth Day of February next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Rex versus Walcot, in Error.

After hearing the Errors argued upon a Writ of Error depending in this House, wherein His Majesty by His Attorney General is Plaintiff, and John Walcott Son of Thomas Walcott Defendant:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Lord Keeper shall report what was offered by Counsel thereupon, on Friday next, at Eleven of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Judges to attend.

ORDERED, that all the Judges do attend this House on Friday next, at Twelve of the Clock.
