Winchester versus Fowke:
After hearing Counsel this Day, at the Bar, upon the Petition and Appeal of Henry Winchester Gentleman and Anne his Wife, One of the Grandchildren of James Fowke Gentleman deceased; complaining of a Decree made in the Court of Chancery, the Sixth Day of March, One Thousand Six Hunded Eighty-five, on the Behalf of Elizabeth Fowke; and praying the Reversal of the said Decree, so far as it assects them; and the Answer of Elizabeth Fowke put in thereunto; and due Consideration of what was offered thereupon:
Decree affirmed.
It is ORDERED and Adjudged, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Petition and Appeal of Henry Winchester and Anne his Wife shall be, and is hereby, dismissed this House; and that the Decree therein complained of shall be, and is hereby, affirmed.
