Leicester and Rutland, which was agreed to be taken by John Carey and William Lathom, but they being unable to complete the agreement, being very much in arrear on the account of their present farm rent. Propose to agree for said farm with John Ardern of the parish of St. Giles in the Fields, and John Ramsey, of St. Clements Danes (who formerly propounded for said farm), viz. for 2¾ years from Sept. 29 next, at 3,800l. per an. by quarterly payments and with a quarter's advance.
