If the discoverer expresse what it is he hopes to bring in to His Majesty and show his proofes to Mr. Attorney General he shall have a tenth, and His Majesty be at the charge of the suite; [but if the discoverer will be at the charge of the suite] he shall have a sixt; and for what shalbe answered or brought into His Majesties Excheqeur cleere what His Majesty may intend for the petitioner and declare his pleasure upon shalbe observed."
