The House being this Day moved, "That Anthony Smith may enter into Recognizance for the Appellant Elizabeth Pote:"
It is ORDERED, That the said Anthony Smith may enter into Recognizance, as desired.
Albyn versus Moyer.
Upon hearing Counsel this Day at the Bar upon the Petition and Appeal of Benjamine Albyn Merchant, from a Decree in Chancery, made the Five and Twentieth Day of February, One Thousand Six Hundred Eighty-nine, at the Suit of one Samuell Moyer, whereby a Decree of the said Court, made the Thirtieth Day of October, 1° Jacobi Secundi, was reversed; and another Decree of the said Court, made the Fourth Day of May, One Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-one, whereby the Petitioner was charged with Six Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy-seven Dollars and Seven and Thirty Aspers more than he ought to be charged with, and of which he was discharged by the First Decree, and praying that the Decree of Reversal may be reversed, and the First Decree confirmed; as also upon the Answer of the said Samuell Moyer put in thereunto:
After due Consideration had of what was offered by Counsel upon the said Petition and Answer, it is this Day ORDERED and Adjudged, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Decree complained of in the Petition and Appeal of Benjamine Albin Merchant, made in the Court of Chancery, the Five and Twentieth Day of February, One Thousand Six Hundred Eighty-nine, shall be, and is hereby, reversed.
Orphans Bill.
ORDERED, That the Orphans Bill shall be reported on Tuesday next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.
Coney versus Terrell.
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Cause wherein Mary Coney is Plaintiff, and Samuell Terrell Defendant, shall be heard, by Counsel on both Sides, at the Bar, on Wednesday the Thirtieth Day of this Instant December, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.
Hetley versus Hervey.
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the Cause wherein Carina Hetley is Plaintiff, and John Hervey Defendant, on Friday the Fifteenth Day of January next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.
Keeble's Bill.
