Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act for reversing the Attainder of Henry Cornish Esquire, late Alderman of London."

The Question being put, "Whether this Bill shall pass for a Law?"

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

Message to H. C. with it.

A Message was sent to the House of Commons, by Sir Miles Cooke and Mr. Meredith:

To deliver the Bill for reversing the Attainder of Henry Cornish Esquire, late Alderman of London; and desire their Concurrence thereunto.

D. Graston versus Pollexsen.

Report being made, from the Lords Committees for Privileges, upon the Duke of Grafton's Petition referred to them by the House, as to what Breach of Privilege of Parliament the said Duke had received from the Lord Chief Justice Pollexphen, touching the Office of the Clerk of the Treasury in the Common Pleas at Westminster:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Duke of Grafton be in all respects in the same Condition as he was in before the Lord Chief Justice Pollexphen came into the said Office of Lord Chief Justice.

Exportation of Leather Bill.

The House having heard this Day the Counsel of the Shoemakers and others, against the passing of the Bill for reviving Two former Acts for exporting of Leather; and also Counsel were heard for the Bill:

Upon Consideration thereof, the House ordered the said Bill to be read presently the Third Time, with the Amendments.
