Noell versus Nelson, in Error.

This Day Judge Twisden, Senior Judge now sitting in the Court of King's Bench, by reason of the Sickness of the Lord Chief Justice, brought in, according to the usual Form, a Writ of Error, between Noell Plaintiff and Nelson Defendant.

Fry versus Porter.

ORDERED, That the Counsel in the Cause between Fry and Porter shall be further heard on Tuesday Morning next.
