ORDERED, That the Bill for improving Navigation in the River of Boston be read the Second Time To-morrow Morning, the First Business.

Kidderminster Stuffs Bill.

Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act for regulating the Making of Kidderminster Stuffs."

ORDERED, That the Consideration of this Bill be committed to the same Committee as the Bill concerning Worcester Gaol is.

L. Stafford's & al. Bill.

The Earl of Bridgwater reported, "That the Committee hath considered the Bill for confirming the Agreement between the Lord Viscount de Stafford and his Tenants, and have received the Consent of all Parties therein concerned, and examined the said Agreement; and their Lordships do think the said Bill fit to pass, with some Amendments."

Which, being read Twice, were Agreed to; and the Bill ordered to be engrossed, with the said Amendments.

Salmon versus Hamburgh Company.

ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That Counsel shall be heard, at the Bar of this House, in the Cause between Peter Salmon Doctor in Physic and other Creditors of the Fellowship of Merchant Adventurers of England, commonly called or known by the Name of Hambrough Merchants, and the said Fellowship or Company, on Thursday the First Day of December next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon; and that timely Notice thereof be given to Sir Charles Lloyd, by serving him with this Order, or leaving a Copy thereof at this House (who is hereby required to communicate the same to the said Fellowship or Company); and the respective serving of Mr. Harris, Secretary to the said Fellowship, or leaving a Copy thereof at his House, shall be deemed a sufficient Notice, in order to the said Fellowship or Company's preparing for the said Hearing against the Time aforesaid.

Count. Dowager of Peterb. versus E. of Peterb.

Upon reading the Answer of the Earl of Peterborough to the Petition of the Countess Dowager of Peterborough his Mother, now depending in this House:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal assembled in Parliament, That Counsel shall be heard, on both Parts, upon the said Petition and Answer, at the Bar of this House, on Monday the Twenty-eighth Day of November Instant, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.
