Hodie 2^a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for vesting certain Lands of Thomas Bigg and his Wife, in Chislet, in the County of Kent, in Trustees, for Payment of Debts, and making Provision for their Children."

ORDERED, That the Consideration of the said Bill be committed to the Lords following; (videlicet,)

Their Lordships, or any Five of them; to meet on Monday next, at Nine of the Clock in the Forenoon, in the Prince's Lodgings near the House of Peers; and to adjourn as they please.

Jerman versus Orchard, in Error.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the Errors argued, upon the Writ of Error depending in this House, wherein Philip Jerman and Sarah his Wife are Plaintiffs, and Mary Orchard Widow Defendant, on Saturday the Nine and Twentieth Day of this Instant February, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Warner versus Bromley College.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the Cause wherein Lee Warner is Appellant, and Wm. North and Grace Featly are Respondents, on Tuesday the Third Day of March next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

The Earl of Bridgewater reported from the Committee, the Bill, intituled, "An Act for naturalizing of Salomon Eyme and others," as fit to pass, with some Amendments.

Which, being read Twice, was agreed to; and the Bill ordered to be engrossed.

Wallop's Bill.

The Earl of Rochester reported from the Committee, the Bill, intituled, "An Act to enable Trustees to make and fill up Leases of the respective Estates of Bluet Wallop Esquire and John Wallop Gentleman, during their Minorities, and to purchase other Lands by the Fines thereby to be received, to the same Uses, as the Estates so to be leased are already settled," as fit to pass, with some Amendments.

Which, being read Twice, were agreed to; and the Bill ordered to be engrossed.

Rivers Wye and Lugg, to make navigable, Bill.

Upon the First Reading of the Bill, intituled, "An Act for making navigable the River of Wye and Lugg, in the County of Hereford:"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Bill shall be read the Second Time on Thursday the Seven and Twentieth Day of this Instant February, at Eleven of the Clock.

ORDERED, That the said Bill be committed to a Committee of the whole House, on Thursday the Seven and Twentieth Day of this Instant February, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Highways between London and Harwich, Bill.

Then the House was adjourned during Pleasure, and put into a Committee upon the Bill, intituled, "An Act for repairing the Highways between the City of London and the Town of Harwich in the County of Essex."

After some Time, the House was resumed.

And the Lord Cornwallis reported, "That the Committee had gone through the said Bill; and think it fit to pass, with some Amendments."
