Upon reading the Petition of the Justices of the Peace, Gentlemen, and others the substantial Freeholders, of the Hundred of Wormelow in the County of Hereford, in relation to the Bill depending in this House, intituled, "An Act for making navigable the River of Wye and Lugg, in the County of Hereford:"
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Petitioners shall be heard, by their Counsel, upon their Petition, in relation to the said Bill, on Thursday the Seven and Twentieth Day of this Instant February, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon; as also Counsel for the Bill at the same Time.

Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act to enable the Parish of St. James, within the Liberties of the City of Westm'r, to raise (upon themselves) so much Money as will discharge their Debt, for building their Parish Church, Rector's House, Vestry, and other public Works there."

Oldys versus Domville, in Error.
After hearing Counsel this Day, to argue the Errors assigned upon a Writ of Error depending in this House, wherein William Oldÿs is Plaintiff, and Charles Domville Defendant:
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Speaker of the House this Day do report what was said, by Counsel on either Side, thereupon, on Wednesday the Six and Twentieth Day of this Instant February, at Two of the Clock in the Afternoon; and that all the Judges do then attend; and that the said William Oldÿs may have One Counsel to attend, if he think fit.
Crosfield to be attached, for dispersing a Paper reflecting on this House.
The House was informed, "That there was a Paper given at the Door, reflecting on this House, by Robert Crosfeild."
Whereupon he was called in, and owned the Paper; but, refusing to give the House an Account who printed the same, the following Order was made; (videlicet,)
"It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Gentleman Usher of the Black Rod attending this House, his Deputy or Deputies, do forthwith attach the Body of the said Robert Crosfeild, and keep him in safe Custody until further Order; and this shall be a sufficient Warrant on that Behalf.
