Brooke's Bill.

The Earl of Rochester reported from the Committee, the Bill, intituled, "An Act for vesting the Manor of Madeley, in the County of Salop, in Trustees, for certain Purposes therein mentioned," as fit to pass, without any Amendment.

ORDERED, That the said Bill be engrossed.

Powell's Bill.

The Earl of Rochester also reported the Bill, intituled, "An Act for vesting several Messuages and Lands belonging to Samuell Powell Esquire in Trustees, for Payment of his Debts," as fit to pass, with some Amendments.

Which, being read Twice, were agreed to; and ORDERED, That the Bill be engrossed, with the said Amendments.

Stoner's Bill.

Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act to enable Thomas Stoner Esquire, Son and Heir of John Stoner Esquire deceased, to make a Jointure and Settlement of his Estate in Marriage, notwithstanding his Minority."
